Weeks run Monday to Sunday; only complete weeks are shown. Share of sales = that season's Amazon.com ordered product sales ÷ all portfolios' sales that week. Share of ad spend = that season's Amazon ads spend (SP, SB, SD) ÷ all ad spend that week. If spend is fading with the season, the dashed line tracks the solid one. Ad spend history starts Dec 31 2025, so last year is shown for sales only (dotted grey, same week 52 weeks earlier). TACoS = ad spend ÷ total sales.
Claude season is Claude's own read of each product from its Amazon listing and main photo (the listing comes from the RE Campaigns sheet's ASIN, or from NetSuite when the sheet has none): which season it sells better in, Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter. It never sees sales data or our labels. Hover a Claude label for its reason. New or changed listings are re-read every Monday morning.
Demand Planner season comes from the team's current weekly planner in Egnyte, refreshed each morning when it changes. The other two columns come from Google Sheets and label seasons differently. The Amazon link comes from the parent ASIN in the RE Campaigns sheet.

Sales = Amazon.com ordered product sales (item price, before tax and shipping) and units, from the canonical daily sales-by-ASIN view, through yesterday. Sales on ASINs that are not in the catalog are not included. Ad spend = all Sponsored Products, Brands and Display spend on the portfolio, from the portfolio-level master ads table, which starts on Dec 31, 2025 — a period before that has no ad spend to show. TACoS = ad spend ÷ total sales. KPI cards cover every portfolio; the season, search and minimum-sales filters only narrow the table.
